1. Get Plenty of sleep
-Getting Plenty of sleep can make your Dreams longer and closer together
-your first dream is 10ish minutes
- after 8 hours they can last from 45-60 minutes
2. Start Writing your dreams down
- Even if all you remember is a face or object
- record right away
- if waking up early and not wanting to record your dream write key words
3. Keep retelling the Dream to yourself
- Do not move from spot you woke up in until telling yourself the dream
~There are alot of things you can do to remember your dreams These are the ones that really pop out at me.
